Hilsman joined Wealth Partners Alliance in 2024 as an Associate, Client Services. As a native of Montgomery, Alabama, Hilsman is proud graduate of the University of Alabama, where he earned a bachelor’s degree with honors in finance and a minor in political science. His passion for the finance industry was sparked during a transformative summer at the London School of Economics.

Outside of work, Hilsman is a dedicated University of Alabama athletics fan, often traveling to support the teams. Additionally, he loves exploring the North Carolina mountains and the beaches of Florida’s 30A.
